  • How do I join and get started?

  • What makes Revival fitness different from other gyms near me?

    We are locally owned and purpose built to make an impact on the health and happiness of residents in Crofton and the surrounding areas.


    You are not just a number here, everyone knows your name. We’re a community of like-minded, health-focused people that want you to show up and support one another on this journey to live better lives! All in a TRUE judgement-free zone!

  • When should I expect to see results?

    When you start at Revival, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we typically recommend 3 classes per week as a start!

  • Do I need to already be fit to join?

    Nope!! Most of our members started just like you. We assess each new member’s fitness level and then make sure you are taught the basics from day one! Once you enter our group classes, you will always have a coach to help you modify workouts so that you stay safe and injury free!

  • What should I expect in a CrossFit class?

    Each class is 60 minutes and is led by a qualified coach. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout. 


    After the warm-up, some days we have dedicated strength training. This is usually 10-20 minutes long and includes exercise technique help and guidance throughout. Some days, there is no strength training. On those days, we will have a longer conditioning workout so that you still get a full 60-minute class! 


    The last part of the class is our conditioning workout (metcon/WOD). These are usually 10-20 minutes long and combine bodyweight movements, strength training, and cardiovascular training to create one awesome, results-producing workout!
